One or Two weeks Prenatal Yoga Online TTC

The course is available all year round (subject to availability). 

It will be carried mainly live via zoom, apart from few meditations and Yoga Nidra sessions that will be provided in a recorded format. 

The course can be completed in a week or 2 weeks time, and the class schedule will be arranged together with the student. 

Prenatal yoga is about helping the mums to be to prepare for childbirth by relaxing the body, and focusing on safe breathing techniques and poses to suit every stage of pregnancy. 


The poses we use during pregnancy are a mix of dynamic and relaxing movements. 


The aim of a pregnancy yoga class is not about reaching the perfect alignment, but instead bringing the pregnant woman to a stage of balance, self-consciousness, physical strength and mental peace. 


Through a consistent yoga practice, the pregnant woman can increase the awareness of her body and her feelings, creating a special bond with her baby, and enjoying this special moment of her life.


During this TTC you learn how to create sequences for specific pregnancy issues, what are the best asanas during labor, and also how to guide visualizations and yoga Nidra for pregnant women. 


You will have a deeper understanding on the changes happening in the body throughout the three different trimesters, and how to adapt the asanas accordingly.
