Meditation and Pranayama

Nowadays I think is essential to have a meditation practice, in order to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

The way we breathe has a big impact on how we respond to various situations in our life, including the way we deal with stress. Breathing techniques (Pranayama), together with a meditation practice, can really help to achieve a state of harmony, physically, mentally and emotionally.
